Geneva Airport to Les Menuires Transfer is a private, pre-booked chauffeur service rather than a metered taxi rank journey. The fare is confirmed for the vehicle before departure, so the party knows the transport budget before meeting the driver. The winter service operates from 1 November to 30 April with vehicles based in the Courchevel sector and a small circle of vetted local partner chauffeurs.

Airport routes have two fixed fares: the Standard winter rate and a Peak Saturday rate for Saturdays from 19 December 2026 to 10 April 2027 (changeover days), in both directions. Courchevel local routes keep the same price every day. There is no night or short-notice supplement on these listed Alpine routes. Exceptional event weeks are quoted separately before confirmation. A return journey booked together receives a five per cent reduction on the combined fare. For this route we publish distance and price only, without inventing a journey time.

What your fixed fare includes

The fixed fare covers the private vehicle, professional chauffeur, road tolls, airport or station meeting, winter road preparation and the services confirmed with the booking. Winter tyres are fitted and snow chains are carried on board. Drivers working these journeys are experienced on the roads serving the Tarentaise resorts.

Flight or train progress is monitored when those details are supplied. Airports and railway stations include 60 minutes of complimentary waiting; all other pickup points include 15 minutes. Child seats are free on request. Cancellation is free when made at least 2 hours before pickup.

Mira Azur stations its own vehicles in the Courchevel sector for the season and also works with a small circle of vetted local partner chauffeurs. The assigned vehicle and meeting instructions are confirmed for each booking; this wording does not promise that every journey is operated only by an owned vehicle.

Meeting your chauffeur

At an airport, the standard meeting point is the arrivals hall, where the chauffeur waits with a name sign. At Moûtiers station, the chauffeur meets the booked train arrival in the station arrivals area. No gate, platform or timetable number is promised on this page because those details can change.

The booking should contain a working mobile number, the flight or train reference where relevant, the complete destination address and the amount of luggage. If the arrival is delayed, tracking helps the chauffeur adjust the meeting while the included waiting allowance remains clear.

For a resort pickup, guests should give the exact residence, chalet or street access point rather than only the resort name. Courchevel 1850 and Courchevel Moriond, Village or Le Praz are separate price-list rows; selecting the right area prevents a mismatch between the quote and the requested journey.

Booking, changes and return journeys

Book with the exact pickup and destination, date, local time, passenger count, luggage and winter equipment. The confirmation states the fare and vehicle class. Listed Alpine fares are all-inclusive; the Peak Saturday rate applies automatically when the pickup date is a Saturday from 19 December 2026 to 10 April 2027, and event weeks are handled by an individual quotation.

A return booked at the same time receives a five per cent reduction. The return pickup time should be chosen with the approved winter range, the possible 30–60 minute snow or peak-Saturday margin, and the airline or railway check-in requirement in mind.

Changes should be requested as early as possible. A different resort sector, extra stop or changed vehicle class can alter the confirmed service. Free cancellation applies up to 2 hours before pickup; within 2 hours the full price is due under the cancellation policy.
