Book this transferRoute facts and fixed fare
Geneva to Chamonix Transfer – Geneva Airport (GVA) is a pre-booked private chauffeur service, not a metered taxi: the fare is fixed per vehicle and confirmed before departure. From 1 November to 30 April Mira Azur keeps its own vehicles in the Courchevel sector and works with a small circle of vetted local partner chauffeurs; the assigned vehicle and meeting instructions are confirmed for each booking. For this route we publish distance and price only, without inventing a journey time.

Geneva to Chamonix: the Autoroute Blanche and the Mont Blanc valley
Chamonix is the closest big resort to Geneva Airport: the price list records 90 km. After the border the car takes the A40, the “Autoroute Blanche”, up the Arve valley past Bonneville, Cluses and Sallanches. At Le Fayet the motorway ends and the N205 climbs over the Égratz viaduct to Les Houches and Chamonix, at about 1,035 m, under the north face of Mont Blanc.
The Chamonix valley is a string of villages rather than one resort: Les Houches at the entrance, Chamonix town, Les Praz, Argentière at about 1,250 m and Le Tour at the head of the valley. Part of the town centre is pedestrian, so on a central address the car stops at the closest street open to traffic. Tell us the village and the chalet or hotel name when booking.
- Road: Geneva → A40 Autoroute Blanche → Le Fayet → N205 → Les Houches → Chamonix.
- Altitude: about 1,035 m in Chamonix, about 1,250 m in Argentière.
- Drop-off: your hotel, chalet or apartment anywhere in the valley, Les Houches to Le Tour.
- Border: Geneva Airport is in Switzerland and Chamonix in France, so every passenger needs a valid passport or ID card.

What your fixed fare includes
The fare covers the private vehicle and professional chauffeur, road tolls, winter tyres with snow chains on board, flight or train tracking, and the meeting in the airport arrivals hall or station arrivals area with a name sign. The vehicle carries your party only — no other passengers and no timetable stops.
- Two winter rates on airport routes: Standard, and Peak Saturday on Saturdays from 19 December 2026 to 10 April 2027, in both directions.
- No short-notice supplement; pickups between 23:00 and 06:00 carry a 15 % night supplement; festive period 24 Dec – 2 Jan: +15 % (all routes).
- Return booked together: five per cent off the combined fare.
- Waiting: 60 minutes free at airports from actual landing; 15 minutes at other pickup points, stations included; beyond that, by agreement.
- Child seats, requested when booking: ages 0–2 €7 per seat (mandatory); boosters (3+) first two free, then €3 each.
- Skis and snowboards: declare them when booking; free in vans, in sedans on request if they fit safely.
- Free cancellation up to 2 hours before pickup; later, the full fare is due.
- Heavy snow or peak Saturday traffic can add 30–60 minutes — a planning margin, not a surcharge.

We had a wonderful experience with Mira Azur when travelling between Nice and St. Tropez! First - their customer service was great with communication and professional. Everything was done via WhatsApp which was very convenient. Second - our drivers were excellent with their service, warmth and driving. The cars were clean, stocked with water bottles and candies. We will definitely be using their services again when we come to the South of France in the future!

On time and very professional from start to finish. Quick responses to questions and easy to book online. The cars were clean and comfortable and the drivers drive safely. I initially only booked for my arrival from the airport to my hotel, but I loved it so much, when it was time to leave I booked them again to take me back to the airport 3 weeks later.
