How to find your chauffeur at Geneva Airport

Four steps from the aircraft to the car

We track your flight. Your arrival time is checked against the live flight status. If you land early or late, the pickup moves with the aircraft — you do not have to warn anyone. Collect your luggage. Take your time at baggage reclaim and passport control. The free waiting window starts at the actual landing time, not at the time written on your booking. Walk into the arrivals hall. Your chauffeur waits in the main (Swiss sector) arrivals hall, after baggage reclaim, holding a name board with your name on it. Stay inside the hall — we come to you, we never ask you to walk to a car park. Straight to the car. The chauffeur takes your luggage and walks you to the vehicle parked a short distance away. The fare is already fixed; nothing is added at the airport.

Good to know at this airport

Geneva has a Swiss sector and a French sector. Unless you ask otherwise, we meet you in the Swiss sector — the one all scheduled flights arrive into. Heading to a ski resort? Winter transfers to Courchevel, Val d’Isère or Verbier take longer than the map suggests; we plan the departure time with you. Ski and snowboard bags need to be declared at booking so the right vehicle and roof capacity are assigned.

Waiting time and delays

Airport pickups include 60 minutes of free waiting counted from the actual landing time. Flights are tracked, so a delayed aircraft simply moves your pickup — there is no rebooking and no surcharge for the delay itself.

If you cannot see your chauffeur

Call or WhatsApp the number in your confirmation email. The chauffeur’s name, phone number and photo are sent to you before pickup, and we answer immediately during a transfer window.

Where exactly does the chauffeur wait?

Inside the terminal: in the main (Swiss sector) arrivals hall, after baggage reclaim, holding a name board with your name on it. We also send the exact position by WhatsApp on the day of the transfer.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We track the flight and shift the pickup to the real landing time. 60 minutes of waiting are included from that moment, and a delay caused by the airline is never charged as a no-show.

Do I need to call when I land?

No. A message is welcome but not required — the chauffeur is already in the hall when you clear customs.

Can the chauffeur meet me at the gate or at the aircraft?

Plane-side pickup is possible for private jets through the business aviation terminal. For scheduled flights the meeting point is the arrivals hall.

Is meet & greet an extra?

No. The name board, the wait inside the terminal and help with luggage are part of the fixed price.

What if I change terminal or my flight is diverted?

Tell us as soon as you know. We move the chauffeur at no cost — a diverted flight is not treated as a cancellation.
