At Mira Azur, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent.
Free Cancellation
You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time. A full refund will be issued if payment was already made.
Late Cancellation (less than 2 hours before pickup)
Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time will be charged 100% of the total trip price. This charge will be applied to the card on file.
Card on File
All bookings require a valid payment card to be securely stored. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking — it is held only as a security guarantee to cover late cancellation fees.
