How to find your chauffeur at Marseille Provence Airport
Your chauffeur meets you at the arrivals exit with a name sign. Your flight is tracked in real time.
Four steps from the aircraft to the car
1. We track your flight
Your arrival time is checked against the live flight status. If you land early or late, the pickup moves with the aircraft — you do not have to warn anyone.
2. Collect your luggage
Take your time at baggage reclaim and passport control. The free waiting window starts at the actual landing time, not at the time written on your booking.
3. Go to the arrivals exit
Your chauffeur waits at the arrivals exit, with a sign bearing your name.
4. Straight to the car
The chauffeur helps with your luggage and accompanies you to the car in the professional car park right outside the terminal.
Good to know at this airport
Marseille Provence has more than one terminal building. We read the terminal from your flight number, so book with the flight number and nothing else is needed.
Marseille is a long-distance transfer for us — the price is fixed at booking and does not move with traffic on the A8.
Yacht clients: we can drive directly to the quay in Marseille, Cassis or the Golfe de Saint-Tropez after pickup.
Waiting time and delays
Airport pickups include 60 minutes of free waiting counted from the actual landing time. Flights are tracked, so a delayed aircraft simply moves your pickup — there is no rebooking and no surcharge for the delay itself.
If you cannot see your chauffeur
Call or WhatsApp the number in your confirmation email. The chauffeur’s name, phone number and photo are sent to you before pickup, and we answer immediately during a transfer window.
