From June to September, Pampelonne and the Croisette are at their best — and the roads at their busiest. Book your car ahead and leave early for Saint-Tropez.
Out of season, the coast is calm: Monaco, Saint-Paul-de-Vence and Menton are easy day trips, and the drive times are at their shortest.
