Pricing FAQ
Are your prices all-inclusive?
Yes. All quoted fares include the chauffeur, fuel, tolls, complimentary water, Wi-Fi when available, and VAT. Optional extras (child seats, additional stops, waiting time beyond the included grace period) are clearly listed before booking.
Do you charge extra for night transfers?
A night surcharge of 10% applies between 21:00 and 6:00 to compensate our chauffeurs. The exact amount is shown during booking.
Is flight tracking included?
Yes. For every airport pickup we monitor your flight in real time and adjust the meeting time automatically — at no extra cost. You will not be charged for delays caused by the airline.
How does waiting time work?
Airport pickups include 60 minutes of free wait from the actual landing time. Standard pickups include 15 minutes. Beyond that, hourly waiting is billed pro-rata at the vehicle hourly rate.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfer for corporate clients. Cash is accepted on request. A pre-authorisation may be performed before the ride.
Are tips included?
Tips are never expected and never added automatically. If you wish to thank your chauffeur, any gratuity is at your sole discretion.
Do you charge for round trips?
Round trips automatically receive a 10% discount on the return leg, applied transparently in the price quote.
